The ONLY Forcelink CMILL treadmill in the U.S.
Patient shown has a CERVICAL SPINAL CORD INJURY and is using the CMILL instrumented treadmill with active obstacle avoidance while training the right Hamstring muscle with EMG visual biofeedback in REAL TIME!! He walked 40 minutes straight without a rest. The objects on the treadmill (depending on what they are) will give points or take away points when stepped on. The Computer Monitor in front of the treadmill shows the activity and quality of the muscle firing. We will soon have the capability of measuring and training in real time up to 12 muscles with Bipolar EMG, as well as EKG, EEG, EOG, Joint angles, Pulse, Oxygen Saturation...

Person with a spinal cord injury walking with RGO on CMILL treadmill (left leg of orthosis needs fine tuning). Forceplate data demonstrated by blue line for vertical forces of center of pressure. Will have added real time EMG (muscle activity) for diagnostic AND training purposes. Data will be streamed while the patient moves to a third monitor in front of them complete with audio and visual cues seen on the screen AND on the treadmill itself!!
